Tool Repair Policy

REPAIRS: To expedite turn around time, all tools will be repaired up to 50% of the value of a new tool. You will be contacted for any tool whose repair cost is beyond 50% of the value of the tool. Any tool that is not repaired will be returned to you disassembled.
UN-REPAIRED TOOLS: Because serious injury or death can occur from mechanical component failure or from electrical shock hazard present in un-repaired power tools, it is MAMSCO'S and our manufacturers' policy to return all un-repaired tools disassembled as the un-repaired tools are unsafe and dangerous to use. If assembled, there will also be a minimum $15.00 bench charge for the time to assess the tool.
TOOL RETURN: From the time a tool is repaired or un-repaired, MAMSCO will attempt to contact you three times. If you do not respond within 30 days of the third attempt, the tool will become the property of MAMSCO. We may choose to discard or sell the tool at this time.
COMPRESSOR/GENERATOR STORAGE: A fee of $2.00 per day will be added to the repair charge if not picked up within one week of MAMSCO contacting you.
